Boulder Plaza
Year Completed: 2000
This 10,000 sq. ft. commercial facility was designed to accommodate a variety of business enterprises. Its versatile design allows the potential for numerous uses ranging from medical facilities and doctors offices to retail stores and restaurants. Hammond Ford
Year Completed: 1996
This 16,000 sq.ft facility contains an automobile showroom, business offices, parts department and service department. The custom design was developed around a pre-engineered steel building system. With detailing to improve the appearance of the structure.
United Artists Cable
Year Completed: 1995
A new facility housing 8,000 sq. ft. of office space and 1-1/2 acres of fenced storage area. The building houses a complete filming studio and control room, and required the design of a Faraday Cage and special grounding equipment for the entire structure to protect the video signals from outside interference.
