Tuolumne County Children’s Center

The Tuolumne County Children’s Shelter was both a challenging and rewarding project. Given the use of the building, several unique issues needed to be addressed. Handicap accessibility issues, office space, and supervision issues all needed to be addressed. Our office worked closely with County officials and staff to ensure that all of the design criteria and requirements were met.Tuolumne County Archive Building

County office expansions over the past several years have caused various archival documents and artifacts to be displaced. The county decided to construct a this 6,912 square foot facility to accommodate its own needs and those of other government agencies in need of archival storage space.Sonora City Hall

This remodel involves the renovation of a 1939 mission revival building that had suffered, over the years, from various remodels that were not in keeping with the style of the building. The renovation called for updating the building to current use patterns, incorporating current technologies, and re-establishing the original architectural style of this historic building.Ebbetts Pass Fire Station
Year Completed: 1996
This high elevation fire station was detailed for durability with a three foot tall concrete perimeter on which a metal building was erected. The hydronic radiant floor system was designed to effectively keep the equipment at a specified minimum temperature throughout the winter months at the lowest possible cost. Our services include site grading, drainage, and utility plans, as well as architectural design and construction documents.
